Rosalyn J. Rufer is an Associate Professor in the School for Graduate Studies at SUNY Empire State College. She earned master degrees in chemistry and MBA before earning her PhD in management. This background is augmented with research in the areas of Customer Marketing Relationship Management, Social Media Marketing, Innovation Management, and the use of technology for enhanced on-line learning. Rosalyn Rufer also coordinates the ESC Advanced Graduate Certificate in Global Brand Marketing, the Advanced Certificate in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship and the Advanced in Marketing Analytics and Brand Management.
