 Professor: Department of Psychology and Human Development

2003 to Present: Associate Department Chair for Human Development, SUNY-Empire State College, School of Social and Behavioral Sciences.

• Responsibilities to develop and guide online programs in Human Development, bridging psychology, human development, humanities and social science research. Responsible for excellent development, quality execution, and strategic planning of the Psychology curricula and then the Human Development curricula, with intersects to Social Science Research programs.
• Development of OER texts for Western Civilization and Human Development (Lumen), and Research Methods for Lifespan Development (in process).  
• Develop, co-develop or direct the development of more than two dozen quality online courses.
• Mentor for about 50 students and instruction of four courses a year, with excellent student evaluations.
• Support about twenty adjunct faculty colleagues/year to deliver these courses.
• Initiated and co-chaired (for four years) the CDL Conference, an annual regional conference for 10 years.
• Collaborated to create an online program for the Infant/Toddler Development Certificate for New York State.
• Participation in establishing the Master of Arts in Teaching and the Master of Arts in Adult Learning and in teaching in those programs, as well as teaching many MALS (Master of Arts in Liberal Studies).  
• Responsibilities for development, management, and delivery of 20 web-based courses/years, many having multiple sections over five terms a year, and consistently serving over 1500 enrollments/year.
